Is this tour suitable for children? This tour is suitable for children 5 and older.
What do we need to bring? Guests are required to wear appropriate winter boots with good insulation. Dress in layers, we have lots of room in the SUV so bring as much clothing as you wish. Mittens or gloves and a toque/hat are essential. Backpacks will be provided. We provide hand and toe warmers, if required.
Are the Tour times flexible? We can adjust start times for this tour to suit your schedule, please email us directly with this request.
What is your Cancellation Policy: Your credit card will be charged the full amount when you book. You may cancel your booking at any time up to 72 hours prior to the trip by phone or email (laura@canadianrockiesexperience.com). You will receive a full refund less a $5 non-refundable booking fee per cancelled person. If the cancellation is requested less than 72 hours prior the full amount will be charged.
