ARE YOUR TOURS FAMILY FRIENDLY?
Canadian Rockies Experience offers family friendly tours, we love hosting families and seeing everyone experience what we have to offer. Depending on the age of the children, some of our hiking and snowshoeing tours may be challenging. Contact us directly as we always have an alternative to make your experience work.
DO YOU ALLOW DOGS ON YOUR TOURS?
Unfortunately, we do not allow dogs on our tours. However, there is a great company who will be starting guided hikes with your dog for Summer 2022 . Check them out - Barks Canada Tours
DO YOU SUPPLY EQUIPMENT?
Canadian Rockies Experience supplies all equipment needed for each of the tours. The only thing we require is that you dress appropriately. A follow up email after booking will detail what you need to bring depending on the time of year. We also have access to boot rental if required.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy is as such: Your credit card will be charged the full amount when you book your tour. You may cancel your booking at any time, up to 72 hours prior to the trip, by phone or email. You will receive a full refund, less a $20 non-refundable booking fee per cancelled person. If the cancellation is requested less than 72 hours prior, the full amount of the tour will be charged.
For multi-day tours (tours more than one day), any cancellations within 30 days of the tour date are non-refundable.
Cancellations between 30 and 60 days, will receive an 80% refund.
Cancellations with 60 days notice receive a full refund, less $20 non refundable booking fee per person.
I DON’T SEE ANY TOURS THAT SUIT MY NEEDS, CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE A TOUR FOR ME?
Absolutely, we specialize in Tailor-Made Experiences, we can discuss exactly what you want from your tour, give advice in regards to timelines and ensure you see exactly what you want while on vacation. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK MY TOUR?
We take bookings up to 48 hours before the tour date via our online booking platform. If you want to book within 24 hours, please call us directly at 403 708 2164. The summer season is busy in the Canadian Rockies so it is a good idea to book further in advance to ensure availability.
ARE TIPS INCLUDED IN THE TOUR PRICE?
Tips are not included in the tour price. Canadian Rockies Experience guides love their jobs and are grateful for the opportunity to work in this landscape. If you feel that your guide has gone above and beyond for you, and you wish to tip, please do. However, this is never expected.

We are open daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
